As an Outdoor Lighting Perspectives franchisee, John Keene lived the problem firsthand. Leads slipped through while his team was on the ladder. Follow-ups depended on memory. Royalty reports meant spreadsheets. Every franchisee he talked to had the same frustrations, and every software vendor offered generic tools that didn't understand the franchisor/franchisee relationship. So John and his son Kyle built ServiceMinder from scratch, purpose-built for the way franchises actually operate.
